Fifty faithful souls gathered for the 2016 Annual Meeting last weekend.  According to comments by some participants, a good time was had by all !  As reports and photos are made available, we will add them. Watch this space!

SPEAKER BIO
Tara Barnes
editor, Response magazine

Tara Barnes is editor of response magazine, the official magazine of United Methodist Women. Raised in the former Wyoming Annual Conference (now Upper New York), she is a lifelong United Methodist, having served in such various roles as youth leader, lay delegate to annual conference, and member of the conference Communications Commission, young adult ministry and Board of Ordained Ministry. She worked as an editor for The Haworth Press for five years before moving to New York City, where she met then-editor of response, Barbara Wheeler, at church, who told of her of an open editorial position at United Methodist Women. A perfect melding of professional expertise with faith-motivated call to justice, Ms. Barnes has been an editor with United Methodist Women since 2010.
